I am an expert in building holistically focused workplace wellness programs. Over the past decade, I’ve built award-winning wellness programs in the healthcare and legal industries, helping thousands of employees prioritize their health and wellbeing.

My true calling emerged from my personal journey with burnout and discovering what it means to truly take care of myself.
