For over a decade, I dedicated my career to corporate wellness, helping employees feel better within the system they worked in. I loved the work—until I realized something crucial. The system itself wasn’t built for true wellbeing, especially for women. It demanded resilience without rest, productivity without pause, and self-care that barely scratched the surface.

I saw brilliant, capable women burning out—not because they weren’t trying hard enough, but because corporate life wasn’t designed to sustain them. As much as I wanted to change that system, I knew my greatest impact wouldn’t come from working within it at one company. It would come from working with you.
