so you don’t have to.
I’m a nervous system guide, writer, and creator of The Calm Worklife.
I walked through burnout and rebuilt my life from the inside out—not with a perfect plan, but through trial, error, and a deep reckoning with all the things that promised to fix me.
I’ve followed the programs.
I’ve done the steps.
While each one gave me something, none of them gave me my life back.
That part came when I finally turned inward.
I don’t offer a guide, I offer an invitation: to say, “I want more than this.” Join me on this journey to discover how even subtle shifts in awareness, boundaries, and truth can lead you back to yourself.
My work is grounded in holistic care, nervous system awareness, and the deep belief that a better way is not only possible, but necessary.

I’ve watched brilliant women—leaders, creatives, caretakers—burn out in systems that were never built for their thriving.
For a long time, I tried to change that system from within.
The turning point came when I realized: my deepest impact wouldn’t come through the organizations. It would come through the individuals.
One nervous system at a time
One inner shift that sparks a ripple.
One person who finally says, “This isn’t working for me anymore.”
That’s why I created The Calm Worklife— a movement, a monthly practice space, and a new lens on ambition, integrity, and aliveness in a world that rarely makes room for any of it.
