Corporate wellness was my career until burnout changed everything.

We’re told that if we work hard and do everything right, life will fall into place: a steady career, a good salary, the house, the vacations. But so many of us wake up one day and wonder: how did I get here?

After my own self-care sabbatical, I realized that true wellness and burnout prevention don’t start with a company’s policy or program. They start with your nervous system.

I created The Calm Worklife as a solution for today— not for some distant future where organizations finally change, but for you, right now. It’s about reclaiming your energy, your work, and your life by learning how to work with your nervous system instead of constantly pushing against it.

For a long time, I tried to change that system from within.


The turning point came when I realized: my deepest impact wouldn’t come through the organizations. It would come through the individuals.

That’s why I created The Calm Worklife— a movement, a monthly practice space, and a new lens on ambition, integrity, and aliveness in a world that rarely makes room for any of it.
